Your Clockify hours in Google Sheets™ — in one click

HourSync is a Google Sheets™ add-on that pulls your tracked time out of Clockify and into your spreadsheet: date, description, project, duration and billable status — ready for client invoices and reports. No copy-paste, no CSV downloads.

Built for people who bill by the hour

One click, no setup wizard

Paste your Clockify API key once. Your hours land in the sheet you are already working in.

Invoice-ready columns

Date, description, project, start, end, hours, billable — exactly the fields you invoice on.

Your data stays yours

The add-on only touches the spreadsheet you run it in, and your Clockify key stays in your own Google account.

How it works

  1. Install HourSync and open any Google Sheet.
  2. Open the side panel and paste your Clockify API key (Clockify → Preferences → Advanced → API key).
  3. Click Import hours. Your time entries appear in the sheet.

Free and Pro

Free: manual import of your time entries into the current spreadsheet.

Pro (€9/month): filters by project and billable status, a per-project hours summary, and a daily automatic refresh. Every new user gets 14 days of Pro free — no card required.

What data HourSync uses

HourSync reads your Clockify workspaces, projects and time entries using the Clockify API key you provide, and writes them into the Google Sheet you open it in. It uses the spreadsheets.currentonly scope, so it can only access that one spreadsheet — not the rest of your Google Drive. Your email address is used solely to check whether you have an active Pro subscription with our payment processor, Stripe.
