HourSync is built and supported by one person. Write to the address below and you get a reply from the person who wrote the code, not a ticket queue. Expect an answer within one working day.

None of this is required, but each one usually saves a round trip:
- What you clicked, and what happened instead of what you expected.
- The exact message shown in the side panel, copied as text.
- Whether the spreadsheet is one you own or one shared with you.
Never send your Clockify API key or any password. Support will never ask for either, and nothing that can be diagnosed needs them.
Billing and cancellation
Payments are handled by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the link in your Stripe receipt, without asking anyone. If HourSync is not for you, email the address above within 14 days of your first payment and it is refunded in full — no form, no questions.
Deleting your data
HourSync stores your Clockify API key inside your own Google account, and keeps no server and no database. Use Disconnect Clockify in the side panel to erase the key, or uninstall the add-on from Google Workspace Marketplace to remove everything at once. The rows already written into your spreadsheet are yours and stay where they are.
